RTP is short for Cisco's Research Triangle Park facility in North Carolina.

Short answer on the other terms, they're how exam dumpers/cheaters
refer to the specific exam scenarios. Anyone referring to studying K3,
K7, TS3+, etc is cheating as they have access to the supposed real lab
scenarios. Don't go there.
