In which order did you create the keys? I believe the order is significant, the 
router will always try to use the most recent key, so if you had changed your 
key 1 after key 2 that could be a problem. I also think that it will try the 
oher key after 12 minutes, so if you had left it for another 2 minuted it might 
had worked.
