You generally get a notification immediately after you pass the exam
saying you have a provisional pass and it needs to go off for forensic
testing.  This alarmed me the first time I saw this 5 (??) or so years
ago, but in the next day or so you will get the "real" pass.

So... If you see "pass" on the website, then I would be sure that
means you have passed.  Now, see if you can go booking lab dates on
the Cisco website to make 100% sure.  You will need your exam score
for this of course.  If you have not got it, you can request one from
Pearson VUE.  I did this once when I booked a lab and could not find
my written results.  Took a week or so but they were able to provide
the details.
