Try to run the netstat command that Bob recommended BEFORE opening
up any windows. You just want to confirm that the GNS application has
opened up the service ports properly.

Is it limited to literally the first 4 router instances in your list,
or any 4? If you can only open 4 connections (but any 4) then maybe a
windows or win firewall thing. If its actually that you can only
access the first 4 routers in your topology then it's probably a
GNS/Dynagen/Topolgy issue.
