As Adam pointed out, the Multilink 69 interface is the logical
interface, which you can reference on your physical interfaces.
You put the IP address on the logical interface, not the physical interfaces.
int multilink 69
ip add x.x.x.x x.x.x.x
int s0/0
encap ppp
ppp multilink group 69
!
int s0/1
encap ppp
ppp multilink group 69
