Yikes. Here is how I would handle that situation. Step 1 - see if you can pull up a doc for another switch that close in features. Step 2 - alert the proctor immediately.
If it is not resolved, before leaving the center, record all the information you can about the location, proctor name and ID, etc. If you do not pass, it is worth opening a support case for a free attempt.
