Thanks for the responses guys (some of which were unicast). I have forwarded the emails onto OSL/IPX support for a resolution. The thing is, I sent the same email back in January, that's almost 10 months ago! Hopefully this gets resolved because this list has become pretty useless (IMHO) with 3 to 4 hour delays.
