[OSL | CCIE_RS] Lab with Dot1q

I have my lab setup with all 20 nics WOW

I am having a issue with configuring a sub-interface using dot1q to a real  
cisco switch I can not ping. I think it is windows not allowing the vlan  
information.

Has anybody had this issue and know how to fix it thanks
