Hi,

NAT 444 is there to deal with IPv4 depletion and it can be seen as a three 
layer IPv4 NAT... 1st layer is your home network with private IPv4. Your modem 
is assigned a private IPv4 by your ISP and it NAT all your home LAN behind that 
IP (2nd layer). That private IP is also NATed behind a public IPv4 (3rd layer) 
before your traffic goes to internet (What you call LSN or CGN).
