Anyone using Proctor labs who has had success saving the configurations with the "Save Confgs" feature? I had an issue a few days ago and let it run for 10-20 minutes with no luck. I contact support today (during normal business hours) and they said it might take along time 20-30 minutes. I took their word and stopped my lab session tonight at 10:50 pm to make sure it had time to save. After 40 minutes it was still spinning telling me it was working. I contacted after hours support as i would loose 4+ hours of work if it didn't save correctly. Support then told me to save the configurations manually. I am a bit irritated that i tried to contact them today and they blew me off then I contacted them after hours and they blew me off again making it my problem to save the configs maunally. Basically i just wasted the last hour where i could have been doing labs but instead i was trying save configs and then manually backing them up.
