Hey Experts!

I understand the general rule when configuring IPv6 addresses on our router 
interfaces is to hardcode the link-local address like this {R1 = fe80::1 ; R2 = 
fe80::2} That makes sense on physical interfaces, however should we get into 
the habit of doing the same this for our loopbacks as well? Does it matter?
