Yes, when Cisco announced introduction of switching in the troubleshooting, 
Bruno van de Werve (CCIE R&S program manager) mentioned on Cisco Learning 
Network that "due to the nature of networking, some dependencies may be 
expected". Indeed, from the student feedback in the past month o so, I gathered 
that "knowing how to navigate your labs in Volume 3 helped a lot". That's more 
than enough evidence for dependencies than I ever needed :-)
