So both networks land on the router? Then you likely will just have
one route on the ASA. Since the route to both networks go through the
router, the router will be the next hop for both routes.

Now, on the router you should have routes for both networks. Then the
question becomes which one is "default". You can't really load balance
between the two routes to two providers so more than likely you will
have two static routes. One should be preferred over the other one,
and the second one is simply a backup. This can be accomplished by
adding an administrative distance greater than 1 to the secondary
static route.

ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 X.X.X.X Y (where x.x.x.x is the next hop IP
and Y is the administrative distance).

Now if I misunderstood and each network has it's own router then you
will need to have two routes on the ASA, but again only one is really
your "default". Go ahead and set two static routes to 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0
and give 1 a higher administrative distance than the other.

Hope that helps,

Marc
