Marko,
Thank you for your reply.
I was reading somewhere that "the search function is disabled"That is, we only
navigate this site through the Index and don't do any searches.
I guess that's why I was not finding anything.
Now, 2 more questions if you don't mind.
1. In the real Lab, should we expect to find this exactly same interface?
2. I see that your suggested way to find info:
Switches -> LAN Switches -> 3560 -> Configuration Guide ; Left-hand side menu
actually starts with "Products"
I was using "Technology" as a starting point.
>From your experience, should always start Products and then find the proper
>device to look for any configuration commands?
Thank you again!

Thank you for providing this link.

But if you don't mind, could you please help me with a jump start?

For instance, I'm trying to find info about L2 Tunneling

I selected Technology and then LAN Switchingbut from there there are no
additional alternatives!

How would you find info about that?
If I type in "L2 Tunneling"

I just get this annoying message:
"We were unable to find the support information"

Even if I am more specific and type in the actual command: l2protocol-tunnel

The results are the same!

Can somebody provide a hint of how to look for a topic like this using this
interface?
Thanks!!
