I think the point Tyson made regarding the Virtual-Access IP address not being 
pingable is what I was looking for though, unless you have further details 
regarding how one would distinguish creating the ML Interface vs the 
Virtual-Access via VT..

Don - VT is not an interface! It's a template that gets copied when
Virtual-Access gets created.
