I have mentioned this a few times. I know that 'other' vendor will pro rate the 
cost after a session starts. what you have to do is contact support and tell 
them u want on that's what I have done when it was 1.5 hours late I messaged 
support and he got me on. I had to wait for the clean up scripts to run etc but 
I was on within 15-20 min after the scripts and loading the configs.
