We are evaling several of these now. One of the biggest consideration for us is the "lifetime" warranty. It is not quite up to par as HPs warranty but it is much better. If you can stomach missing out on free TAC access you can go without SmartNet on the "x" switch and save yourself a ton of money. We found we could just about buy the 10/100/1000 3750x without SmartNet and with the "lite" version of IOS for the price of the 10/100 3750v2 with SmartNet.
It is a sweet little switch and a step in the right direction to shore up HP's market gain in that product area.
