Syed,

When logged into Proctorlabs you should see a list of routers.  Click any of 
those links and it should launch your default telnet application.  If you are 
using Windows this may be an issue if you are using internet explorer as I 
think it disables the ability to launch telnet from a link.  Try firefox 
instead.  Also I think Vista and maybe Windows 7 disables telnet by default.  
You may need to enable it in the control panel.
