Ok not sure if this is something basic but it took me forever to figure
it out so I thought I would pass it along. To install FileOpen with
Acrobat 9:
1) Download and install Acrobat Reader 9
2) Download FileOpen and
click install then run dmg
3) Run the FileOpen installer and see if everything works fine.
If so your done. If not step 4.
4) FileOpen disk mount contains a file called
"FileOpen8.acroplugin".
5) Right click and go to Info > Set permissions to allow
read/write for all subfolders.
6) Open Finder > Applications > Adobe Reader 9
7) Right click on "Adobe Reader.app" and click on "Show Package
Contents"
8) Under Contents > Plug-ins paste "FileOpen8.acroplugin"
(Ignore the fact that it says 8 and your using 9)
9) Make sure Acrobat Reader is closed.
10) Open IPExpert file and you should be in business.
Troubleshooting:
Reboot first.
If the file opens to a white page you may need to open firewall
rules to 80/443.
If the file bounces open and closes again you may want to try and
redo steps 1-10.
