Ok not sure if this is something basic but it took me forever to figure it out so I thought I would pass it along. To install FileOpen with Acrobat 9:
1) Download and install Acrobat Reader 9<http://get.adobe.com/reader/otherversions> 2) Download FileOpen <http://plugin.fileopen.com/plugininstallpage.html> and click install then run dmg 3) Run the FileOpen installer and see if everything works fine. If so your done. If not step 4. 4) FileOpen disk mount contains a file called "FileOpen8.acroplugin". 5) Right click and go to Info > Set permissions to allow read/write for all subfolders. 6) Open Finder > Applications > Adobe Reader 9 7) Right click on "Adobe Reader.app" and click on "Show Package Contents" 8) Under Contents > Plug-ins paste "FileOpen8.acroplugin" (Ignore the fact that it says 8 and your using 9) 9) Make sure Acrobat Reader is closed. 10) Open IPExpert file and you should be in business. *Troubleshooting:* Reboot first. If the file opens to a white page you may need to open firewall rules to 80/443. If the file bounces open and closes again you may want to try and redo steps 1-10. Regards, //LeBlanc
