Thank you for posting this workbook, it's been quite helpful. It does raise a question for me though. Is my answer at the discretion of the proctor or graded by a machine? For example my answer to question 2 would have been "Set the port to access mode". It's right but it's not 100% right. I would argue that the question was asking how we can prevent a switch port from becoming a trunk and not what are ALL the ways you can prevent a port from becoming a trunk. This is why I dislike the OEQs in general; they are subjective.
