Woops -- Sorry, R6 should indeed have it's FastEthernet interfaces passived out due to the requirement "R6 should not peer on VLAN 567 or VLAN 2567" in tas 9.3. Now ...how you are seeing 150.100.69.0 in your routing table is another question. I'd have to look a bit deeper into your configuration, but I would suspect that R6 is sending it over the frame-relay cloud to R5.
