Taqdir,

There is a difference between "NSF-capable" and "NSF-aware". For actual
forwarding of packets to happen you need a router that supports forwarding
in hardware while RP is reloading or switching over to backup RP :) Routers
in the CCIE lab don't support this but they are "NSF-aware" and thus will
keep an adjacency with such a router (and thus forward packets to it).
