Sorry for the delay.

1) Summary-address is for the 140.x.x.x loopbacks. The task says do not use
summary for preventing the 100.0.0.9 route from being advertised.

2) Whether or not the DSG shows eigrp stub with its default parameters
doesn't matter, right? The end result is the same. The fact that you know
the default means that you are that much ahead of the game :)
