Hello, This all depends on your perspective on things. When the DSG says Cumulative cost for Fa0/24 will be 250,000 after the change it means the cumulative cost to Fa0/24 on Cat4, not on Cat1 where you actually made the change. To be fair and to add more value and understanding to the material, I have gone ahead and made a slight change to the wording in the DSG. The future released version will read
"Now that solves the first step. The cumulative cost for from Cat1 to the root bridge is now 250,000. We just used our interface command to make that happen..." Thank You for your feedback!
