Hi guys,
Just want to know who is starting ldp neighborship.Below when I see
TCP connection: 3.3.3.3.17187 - 2.2.2.2.646 line.What I am thinking
is 3.3.3.3 has sent first packet to 2.2.2.2 in port 646.Am I correct?
And what is the rule for this?
Thanks in advance
