Re: Secrets to a good night sleep
Follow what Nancy Reagan said and Dont Do Drugs!! Do you have the new
VOD? So far Joe Astorino has a very calming tone and I have fallen asleep a
few nights since getting the new VOD's watching those. Seriously you just
need to concentrate on "enhancing your calm" the natural way, breathing
exercises, meditation, concentrate on your heart beat and try to slow it
down. These should help with the sleep and can also help during the exam! I
do this when going to sleep and usually concentrate hard enough on slowing
my heartbeat that the stuff I was staying awake thinking about just goes
away and I fall asleep! When you hit an obstacle during the lab and start
getting excited remember to breath and concentrate on slowing your heartbeat
to help clear your head and get you calm and confident enough to get back to
handling the exam and not freakin out. Dont go to sleep at that point
though!

Best of Luck to you,
Jay K

CCNA, CCNP, CCNAS, ITILv3 and a bunch of other stupid acronyms that dont
matter as much as the number I am going to get!
