The first chapter on MPLS Forwarding and the MPLS VPN chapter, which
includes PE-CE dynamic routing stuff. That should cover all for the
R&S. Of course if you are interested, you could read more. Wouldn't
hurt you :-)

Besides MPLS Fundamentals you don't need anything, it will learn you
everything you need to know. For the R&S you only need to read the
specific chapters of the blueprint. Awesome book!
