I know Joe probably answered your question already, but I have recently
installed Windows 7 and the Telnet links from IE do not work. This is a
windows issue. In Vista I installed a registry fix that solved it. I haven't
tried it with Windows 7 yet, instead I just established a Telnet connection
directly to the devices using the information from the link.

I throw that out there in case anyone else has seen this issue and wondered
whats going on. Anyone try the old registry fix? Did it work?
