Ya’ll know anything magical about why this works with “1” even though it says
there is 0% available, but does not work with “2” ?

2600_2(config-pmap-c)#bandwidth perc
2600_2(config-pmap-c)#bandwidth percent 2
I/f FastEthernet0/0 class third requested bandwidth 2%, available only 0%

2600_2(config-pmap-c)#
2600_2(config-pmap-c)#bandwidth percent 1
2600_2(config-pmap-c)#
