Booklist for my SP prep was:
MPLS Fundamentals -- This is a big one, I learned almost everything
with this book, it's awesome!
MPLS-Enabled Applications - This is basically the same, but explaining
MPLS in the core and vendor independent
Interdomain Multicast Routing - This is the single best text on PIM
you will ever find, with the focus on connecting several domains and
AS's.
For the other materials I would highly recommend our SP workbooks.
They are the best and especially the Volume 2 really challenges you!
