OSPF has this feature of advertising spoke networks via the hub. So each spoke will see a /32 to another spoke via the hub in a P2MP network type. This will not happen if you use the broadcast network type on the same topology, then you need the underlying protocol (for example frame-relay) to arrange the spoke-to-spoke connectivity
