It is "iffy" and would be a good one to ask the proctor about.  The BETTER
solution is the one in the proctor guide.  I say that because with the PG
solution of inter-area filtering you are not allowing the information into
the area at all.  With your solution, the information is still being
injected into the area, but R9 is just not moving it into the RIB.  The
information is still in the OSPF database in your case.  Therefore it could
potentially be interpreted that the routes were "sent" to R9.
