Hi Vikas,

I am really pleased to know that I  have inspired somebody : )  My goal is
to inspire, lead by example, and help you guys OWN the CCIE lab.  It sounds
like you are well on your way.  As far as the BLS, I don't have one in front
of me right now because I am in the middle of a bootcamp week, but I will
definitely have somebody look into that issue.  I am going to copy our
support team on this as well.  If you don't hear an answer within a day or
so, let me know directly and I will follow up.
