To build upon what Joe and Bryan have been saying.
Light reading and review is good for the last few days. Review your "plan of
attack". Finalize knowing where to find the problem areas from the
*documentation
you will have in the lab*.

Also - be careful about the night before meal. I would suggest that you eat
food that you have eaten before and know that it does not bother you. I know
a fellow that decided to try some exotic food the night before his lab (
live it up a bit ) only to find out that he was slightly alergic to one of
the ingredients.

Also - if you have the opportunity to visit the testing facility the day or
two before the lab it can help to calm your nerves.
