Keep it simple. Do only what is required or what is asked. The more of these 
you do, the better you will get at recognizing potential loops and problems, 
and seeing patterns

When redistributing, should I always try to do a 2-way redistribution
at all possible points of redistribution?  Or, if the task just says
to redistribute as necessary, can I get away with redistributing at
certain spots, and leave other spots alone (so as not to create a
possible routing loop)?  In this case, I'm assuming that there are no
previous or later tasks that say connectivity must be maintained if
link X or link Y go down.
