Well it depends really how you want your routing done.  But generally, why not 
just floating static default routes on your ISP connected router then advertise 
a default route into your IGP.

If the default route to ISP 1 goes down you have ISP 2. You could also use ip 
sla to make it a bit more fancy if you want
