some clarification here is highly appreciated...
With CAR these are the formulas to use.
Bc= (CIR/8) * 1.5
Be= 2* Bc
They do NOT seem like adding up to the values I see in this Task resolution.
Also, where does the CIR = 1 000 000 bps come from?
