Subject: [OSL | CCIE_RS] LAB 8 Vol 2 - Task 6-4 (NTP Authentication)

Team,

Some clarification here would be very much appreciated.

1- Why these 2 commands are missing when configuring authentication:

#NTP authenticate
 ! enable authentication
NTP trusted-key 1

! set the key to be exchanged in the NTP packets

2- What is the role of the second instance of ACL 2 and the ip add
127.127.7.1 as shown below?

NTP access-group query-only 2
!
access-list 2 permit 10.0.0.2
access-list 2 permit 127.127.7.1

Thanks

Bauke
