On the run but how about powdered sugar? I've understood it is as much of a 
no-no as other sugars .. brown, Karo, etc.. 
You've provided the real scientific reasons for your argument.
We're still finding Os.   Candace & Dave did the complete trip around Seneca 
Lake last wk. to our astonishment but I just get too tired to go on the jaunts 
like Becky does. She was planning on retiring from the hunts but Candace said 
it has to go through this year  ... aghhh. I'd rather look at flowers.
