Subject: [cayugabirds-l] Red Tail Hawk appears to be wounded or poisoned

There is a RT Hawk at Ithaca College that appears to be injured. The bird
swooped past me on Textor Circle and then perched low on the Center for Natural
Sciences Building. The bird had no visible injury but appeared to have some
difficulty flying.

Thanks!
Glen Robertson
