We have had both cuckoos singing ( if you can call a rain crow a songster)for over a week. Alder and Willow flycatchers yesterday and today and Eastern Wood Pewee three days back. Oddly, our usually dependent Green Heron nesters are absent for the first time in years as are House Wrens.
