I had over 1000 robins fly over Hanshaw Rd S of intersection with W Dryden Rd on 15 Jan. There were flocks of about 200 or more in my field that same day, about the same time. Since then I have been routinely seeing 100-200 moving near dusk, in Freeville area…last weekend on Palmear Rd.
The large numbers at this time seem unusual, particularly since there are females as well as males present.
