I was already headed to Myers this morning when I got word of a Blue-winged Teal being there. I didn't find it, but I did have a fine consolation prize: An OSPREY flew over me when I was near the lighthouse, last seen powering north over the eastern shore of Cayuga Lake. As far as I know this is the first report in the Cayuga Lake Basin this year.
