Livia and I were able to count at least 22 LAPLAND LONGSPURS in this flock
when many were arrayed in the field on the east side of the road. Many
birds were still absent at this point, so the actual count may be much
higher.

Not too much else of interest today, although I did see continuing
Ring-necked x scaup hybrids and an intriguing pale Aythya in the flock at
the southwest corner of the lake:
