>From the Long Point Winery on Lake Road, Steve Fast and I saw three
Short-eared Owls, the first one seen at 4:45 (that was when we arrived
there) flying north of the road. We saw two on the south side. The owner of
the winery told me he has recently seen 5 or 6 there. It was toooooooo cold
to search for more.
