Hi all,

This afternoon, a BLACK VULTURE showed up over the compost piles at Game
Farm Road. It circled for a while, then drifted to the northeast.

Thanks to Jay's post, Brian Magnier and myself were also able to find the
Short-eared owls at Scofield Road near Buck Road. We counted five at once,
but there could have been more. Also had a couple of late Savannah sparrows
there along the roadside.

Best,

Graham Montgomery
