My advance apologies if this question is outside of list bounds (please weigh in, Chris). I am wondering if there are concerns about the light pollution from the gigantic casino facility just approved for Tyre, and the impacts this gaming development may generate at Montezuma NWR. When this project was first proposed, I asked Tom Jasikoff if a study would be done, but never heard back.
