Hey all, Ann Mitchell will be leading a late afternoon field trip on Saturday December 20 in search of Short Eared Owls, perhaps Rough-legged Hawks and other winter species. Please note there is a "rain" date of Sunday Dec. 21. Check the listserv, or Cayugabirdclub.org calendar if the weather seems iffy for cancellation updates.
Here is Ann's note: I will be leading a field trip on Saturday, December 20th for Short-eared Owls. We will meet at the Lab of Ornithology at 2:30 and return around 6:00. The destination is Long Point with a possible stop along the way. Please dress appropriately.
