There is a Cerulean Warbler with a mixed flock of warblers at Monkey Run SE. To look for it park along hwy 13 at fall creek. Walk on south side heading west along trail to where you reach bluff overlooking creek (and is at sunlit edge). Bird is foraging in this area. Female.
